The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its prestigious brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online store. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and manage visual merchandising, ensuring regular stock replenishment.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clientele.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and strap changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order management.
- Monitor deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase and highlight jewelry selections with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
