The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail locations and e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, featuring over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division is dedicated to captivating enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special orders.
- Manage deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable to different situations and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation expertise.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Proficient in inventory management and store operations.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in watches or jewelry, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
