The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry, spanning over 60 brands from accessible to premium, including its own Louis Pion collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online store. Additionally, the division manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight and promote our jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.

- Adaptable approach and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in watchmaking.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships.

- Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation.
Experience in retail sales, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector.
Preferably a diploma in watchmaking.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
