With a robust presence of 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques in urban and airport locations. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and manage visual merchandising with regular stock replenishment.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order management.
- Inspect deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase and highlight jewelry selections with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust and providing personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven approach.

- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury watch and jewelry sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
