The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors, operating under renowned brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watchmaking for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores across France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations throughout France and an e-commerce platform, offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist clients in the store.
- Advise customers and develop tailored sales arguments.
- Process sales transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and enhance sales revenue.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Familiarize with store offerings and present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (e.g., resizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on building trust.
- Action-oriented with a results-driven approach.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
