As the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also showcasing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the hearts of the curious, enthusiasts, and connoisseurs alike.

- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their specific needs.
- Handle transactions and manage the checkout process efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special order management.
- Inspect deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.

- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Experience in a retail environment, preferably within the luxury watch or jewelry sector, is advantageous.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
