The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the central purchasing entity for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with its 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban centers and airports, supported by 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their specific needs.
- Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable to various situations and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
- Knowledge of jewelry and watch brands.
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in the luxury sector, is preferred.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
