The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent leader in the French distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for illustrious names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, catering to both urban and airport clientele.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a premium client experience.
- Advise clients and tailor arguments to meet their specific needs.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and execute regular restocking.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and present brands to clientele.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory assessments.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong sales and persuasion abilities.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic repair and technical skills in watchmaking.
Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury or watchmaking, is advantageous.
Preferably a diploma in horology.
Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
