The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The mission of the Watch and Jewelry Division is to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts in urban settings.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and manage regular restocking.
- Familiarize oneself with the store's offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
- Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.

Prior experience in retail, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is preferred.
Preferably a degree in horology.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
