The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With 70 Louis Pion retail outlets nationwide and a robust e-commerce platform, the brand offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban settings and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for illustrious names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality client experience.
- Advise clients with tailored solutions and persuasive sales arguments.
- Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and strap changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Showcase the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable approach and open to new challenges.
- Preferably holds a diploma in watchmaking.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Ability to perform basic watch repairs.
Previous experience in a retail environment, particularly in luxury goods, is preferred.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
