The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, ranging from accessible to premium brands, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
