The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in the distribution of timepieces and fine jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in urban and airport settings through its 12 boutiques and e-commerce platform. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate the hearts of the curious, enthusiasts, and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry.

1. Welcome and assist clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
2. Advise clients and develop tailored sales arguments to meet their needs.
3. Handle transactions and promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales.
4. Maintain store presentation and regularly replenish displays.
5. Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clients.
6. Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
7. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
8. Oversee delivery control and conduct inventory checks.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
