The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sector through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry across 70 retail locations in France and through its e-commerce platform. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, with 12 boutiques and an online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, catering to enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a superior client experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their specific needs.
3. Handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and window displays, ensuring regular restocking.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to clientele.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs (sizing, bracelet changes).
8. Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
9. Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
10. Highlight and promote our jewelry selection.

Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
