This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Louis Pion, with its extensive network of 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform, offers a curated selection of over 60 watch and jewelry brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. Additionally, the division manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, among others.

1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
2. Advise clients and tailor recommendations to meet their needs.
3. Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and contribute to sales growth.
5. Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
6. Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
7. Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Oversee after-sales service and special order processing.
9. Manage inventory, including receiving deliveries and conducting stock checks.
10. Highlight and promote the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Previous experience in retail or a customer-facing role is preferred, particularly within the luxury sector.

Preferably a diploma in horology.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
