This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names like Cartier, Rolex, and Omega.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice and personalized solutions to clients.
- Handle transactions and manage the cash register.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
- Possess thorough knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Oversee after-sales service and special orders.
- Manage inventory and control deliveries.
- Highlight and promote the jewelry selection.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably possess a diploma in horology.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

Previous experience in retail, particularly in the watch or jewelry sector, is preferred.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
