Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of timepieces and fine jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. Louis Pion, with 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in urban and airport locations through its 12 boutiques and online store. Additionally, the division operates mono-brand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès. The division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
- Advise clients and tailor recommendations to their specific needs.
- Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash management.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store presentation and execute regular restocking and visual merchandising.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special order follow-ups.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory audits.
- Customer-oriented with a strong ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
