Galeries Lafayette Sales Associate

The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion stores across France, along with an e-commerce site. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands in cities and airports, with 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Welcome and assist customers
2. Advise customers and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs
3. Process payments
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and increase sales
5. Maintain the store and create displays, ensuring regular restocking
6. Know the store's offerings and present the brands to customers
7. Handle simple repairs on-site (sizing, bracelet changes)
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders
9. Control deliveries and conduct inventories
10. Highlight the jewelry selection

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
