2. Provide tailored advice and develop persuasive sales arguments.
3. Process transactions efficiently.
4. Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
5. Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
6. Be knowledgeable about store offerings and present brands effectively to customers.
7. Handle simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
8. Manage after-sales service and special orders.
9. Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
10. Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.

Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
