The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the French leader in watch and jewelry retail through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. Serving as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the division operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, offers a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and others, aiming to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Welcome and assist clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide tailored advice and develop persuasive sales arguments.
- Process transactions efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand and drive sales growth.
- Maintain store appearance and regularly update displays.
- Be knowledgeable about store offerings and present brands effectively to customers.
- Handle simple repairs on-site, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders.
- Oversee deliveries and conduct inventory checks.
- Highlight the jewelry selection with enthusiasm.
- Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Action-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptable and open to new challenges.
- Preferably possess a diploma in horology.
- Strong communication and sales skills.
- Ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Proficiency in handling transactions and inventory management.
- Knowledge of watch and jewelry brands.
Experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury sector, is required.
Diploma in horology preferred.
Fixed salary over 12.5 months with performance-based variable compensation.
