The Watch and Jewelry Division of Groupe Galeries Lafayette stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With a network of 70 retail locations across France and a robust e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports.
- Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience.
- Advise clients and develop tailored arguments to meet their needs.
- Handle transactions and process payments efficiently.
- Promote the Louis Pion brand to increase sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain store presentation and regularly update displays.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of store offerings and effectively present brands to customers.
- Perform simple on-site repairs, such as resizing and bracelet changes.
- Manage after-sales service and special orders, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee delivery checks and conduct inventory counts.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong ability to build trust.

Previous experience in retail or a customer service role is preferred.
Fixed remuneration over 12.5 months with performance-based variable pay.
