- Deliver exceptional, personalised client service and build long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling and follow‑up.
- Achieve individual and boutique sales targets through effective selling, upselling and cross‑selling techniques.
- Support daily store operations: process transactions, manage stock replenishment, accept and prepare deliveries, and maintain stockroom accuracy.
- Maintain immaculate visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique reflects the maison’s aesthetic and presentation guidelines.
- Participate in product and brand training; maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge across ready‑to‑wear, accessories or leather goods as required.
- Assist with client appointments, special orders and after‑sales service to ensure continuity of the customer journey.
- Contribute to team briefings and share market feedback and client insights with store management.
- Comply with loss‑prevention procedures, cash handling protocols and boutique hygiene/safety standards.
- Enrolment in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme or vocational qualification (e.g., BTS, level equivalent) required.
- Professional, polished communication and strong interpersonal skills suited to a luxury clientele.
- Customer‑centric attitude with proven ability to build rapport and tailor recommendations to client needs.
- Availability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required by boutique scheduling.
- Legal eligibility to work in France and to undertake a work‑study contract.

Entry‑level: candidates with little or no professional experience are welcome; prior retail or luxury boutique experience is advantageous but not mandatory for a work‑study placement.
Enrolment in a recognised work‑study (alternance) programme or equivalent vocational qualification (BTS, DUT, or similar) preferred.
