With 70 retail locations nationwide and a robust e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, including its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, operating 12 boutiques and an online store, alongside bespoke jewelry creation services. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, and Hermès.

1. Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
2. Guide and advise clients in bespoke sales processes.
3. Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
4. Utilize digital tools for clienteling and offer privileged customer support.
5. Expand client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
6. Contribute actively to the daily operations of the boutique.
7. Handle after-sales service and follow-up.

1. Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar high-end service role.
2. Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.

Fixed annual salary between €27,500 and €28,750 over 12.5 months, with performance-based variable compensation.
