1. Deliver exceptional, personalised client service to high-net-worth and walk-in customers, ensuring an elevated boutique experience.
2. Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales targets through active selling, product storytelling and upselling techniques.
3. Manage point-of-sale transactions, returns and exchanges accurately while maintaining compliance with cash-handling procedures.
4. Maintain boutique visual standards and merchandising guidelines, including window and floor displays, to reflect brand identity.
5. Support stock management activities: receiving, replenishment, inventory counts and loss-prevention procedures.
6. Record client data and follow up proactively through clienteling activities to build long-term relationships.

1. Fluent spoken French; professional working knowledge of English preferred.
2. Proven customer-facing retail skills with an emphasis on luxury or premium products.
3. Strong numerical accuracy for cash handling and transaction reconciliation.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills, discretion, and a polished professional presentation.
