The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sectors, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the procurement hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers a diverse selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, along with its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store. The division also manages monobrand boutiques for Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry.
- Provide personalized customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Engage clients in bespoke sales experiences, showcasing exceptional products.
- Utilize digital tools to enhance clienteling and maintain client relationships.
- Expand client portfolio and execute targeted CRM actions.
- Contribute to daily boutique operations.
- Manage after-sales service and follow-up.
- Minimum of 1 year of successful experience in a similar high-end service role.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong client orientation and ability to build trustful relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to various situations and openness to new challenges.
At least one year of experience in a comparable position within the luxury sector.
Fixed annual salary between €27,500 and €32,500 over 12.5 months, plus performance-based variable compensation.
