- Deliver outstanding, personalised client service to nurture loyalty and maximise conversion.
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets through proactive clienteling and up‑selling.
- Maintain deep product knowledge across the brand assortments and advise clients on fit, performance and styling.
- Operate point‑of‑sale systems, process transactions and manage returns in accordance with company policy.
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor and stockroom are presentation‑ready.
- Contribute to inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures.
- Collaborate with the store team on events, launches and local marketing initiatives.
- Proven customer‑facing retail experience, preferably with premium, lifestyle or sportswear brands.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑first mentality.
- Flexible availability including weekends and peak retail periods.

Typically 1–2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within premium, sportswear or fashion environments; experience with high‑volume floor service and client relationship management is valued.
