The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor in the horology and jewelry sector, operating under esteemed brands such as Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division functions as the purchasing hub for jewelry and horology across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. With a robust presence of 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and recently, jewelry, from over 60 brands spanning accessible to premium categories, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online store, also offering bespoke jewelry creation services. Beyond its flagship brands, the division operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike in the world of watches and jewelry.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Guide and advise clients in bespoke sales processes.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of the product range, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
- Expand the client portfolio and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively contribute to the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of two years of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trustful client relationships.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to different situations and openness to new challenges.

Fixed salary between €2300 and €2600 gross per month over 12.5 months, aligned with experience and skills. Stimulating variable compensation linked to boutique sales targets and individual performance.
