The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and fine jewelry through its renowned brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, operating multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets across France and an e-commerce platform, offers a curated selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its 12 boutiques and online presence. The division also manages mono-brand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports. The division's mission is to captivate watch and jewelry enthusiasts, from the curious to the passionate, in urban settings.
- Engage in the sale of exceptional products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial approaches.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen, guide, and advise clients for bespoke sales experiences.
- Adapt to the unique needs and motivations of each client.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of sales targets with the team.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering a unique shopping experience.
- Maintain client relationships through privileged support and digital tools.
- Develop a client book and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in after-sales service missions.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and organization.
- Manage store operations in compliance with group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product placement according to merchandising standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building privileged relationships internally and externally.
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Dynamic and adaptable with excellent presentation skills.
- High level of service orientation, demanding standards, and precision.
- Team spirit, curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury sales is required.
Fixed annual salary ranging from €27,500 to €32,500 over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Stimulating variable compensation linked to store and individual performance.
