- Facilitate the sale of luxury products using appropriate sales techniques and ceremonial protocols.
- Provide personalized customer service, tailoring the experience to individual client needs and motivations.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products, introducing clients to exceptional pieces.
- Contribute to the boutique's revenue growth and achievement of sales targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by creating a unique shopping experience and maintaining client relationships.
- Develop and manage a client book, implementing targeted CRM actions.
- Participate in after-sales service missions.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and adhere to group and brand policies and procedures.
- Assist in product merchandising according to established standards.
- Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience in high-end service environments.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Mastery of luxury codes and associated sales techniques.
- Strong interpersonal skills for building internal and external relationships.
- Dynamic, adaptable, with excellent presentation and service orientation.
- Team spirit, curiosity, commitment, and enthusiasm.
A minimum of 2 years in luxury sales or a similar high-end service environment is required.
