Galeries Lafayette Sales Advisor
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of horology and jewelry through its distinguished brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for the jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores, both integrated and affiliated, in France and Luxembourg. It also manages multibrand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail locations across France and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and, more recently, jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections under the Louis Pion brand. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban locations and airports, through its network of 12 boutiques and its online store. Additionally, a bespoke jewelry creation service is available. Beyond its own brands, the Watch and Jewelry Division operates monobrand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate the curiosity and passion of watch and jewelry enthusiasts.
- Provide personalized customer service to each client.
- Listen to, guide, and advise clients in bespoke sales.
- Showcase and highlight the excellence of products and introduce exceptional pieces.
- Ensure clienteling through privileged support using digital tools.
- Develop client portfolios and propose targeted CRM actions.
- Actively participate in the daily operations of the boutique.
- Manage and follow up on after-sales service.
- Minimum of one year of successful experience in a similar role within the luxury service sector.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and provide personalized solutions.
- Action-oriented with a focus on achieving results.
- Adaptability to different situations and openness to new challenges.
At least one year of experience in a similar position within the high-end service domain.
Fixed monthly salary between €2300 and €2600 gross over 12.5 months, commensurate with experience and skills. Stimulating variable compensation linked to store sales targets and individual performance.
