1. Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming, guiding, and advising clients within the store.
2. Assist customers with product selection and offer additional services such as delivery and alterations.
3. Promote and sell complementary products and services, including loyalty programs.
4. Handle customer transactions, including payments and exchanges.
5. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the sales floor and fitting rooms.
6. Ensure proper product placement, labeling, and presentation.

Fixed salary over 13 months with a potential variable component up to 3 months' salary.
