1. Welcome and assist customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience from greeting to checkout.
2. Drive sales by effectively promoting products and services to increase revenue.
3. Handle transactions and manage the checkout process efficiently.
4. Maintain the sales floor, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and presentation.
5. Ensure customer loyalty and satisfaction through personalized service and relationship building.
