1. Welcome customers and provide advice on necessary garment alterations.
2. Determine and execute adjustments to meet customer requests.
3. Take measurements and perform garment modifications such as cutting, lining, hemming, resizing, and adding buttons or closures.
4. Ensure the quality of work aligns with customer expectations.
5. Handle fittings and resolve any customer disputes at the service level.
6. Promote the loyalty program and assist in creating membership cards.
7. Monitor the economic performance of the tailoring activity and report to management.
8. Check stock levels and communicate supply needs for consumables and equipment.
9. Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the workshop.
