- Provide expert alterations to garments to meet customer specifications and ensure optimal fit.
- Advise customers on necessary adjustments and inform them about service conditions.
- Take precise measurements to execute required garment modifications.
- Set timelines and potential costs for alterations in line with company policies.
- Perform garment interventions such as cutting, lining, hemming, sizing, buttons, and closures.
- Ensure quality control of completed work to meet customer expectations.
- Manage customer fittings and resolve any client disputes at the service level.
- Promote the loyalty program and facilitate card creation for customers.
- Monitor the economic performance of the tailoring service and report to management.
- Assess stock levels and communicate supply needs for consumables and equipment.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.
- Passion for sewing and tailoring with a strong understanding of garment products.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to different client needs.
- Willingness to engage actively within a team environment.
- A strong sense of challenge and goal achievement.
- Expertise in garment alterations and tailoring techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in handling customer relations and resolving issues.

Previous experience in tailoring or garment alterations is required.
Relevant vocational training or certification in tailoring or fashion design is preferred.
The position offers a contract of 3 to 4 months with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role. Employees receive an 80% transportation subsidy, meal vouchers (subject to tenure), and a 20% store discount (subject to tenure).
