1. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and risk prevention to secure the safety of people and property.
2. Maintain the security and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
3. Oversee security and cleaning services within the store, ensuring they meet Galeries Lafayette standards.
4. Support staff involved in the store's security and maintenance operations.
5. Optimize merchandise flow, including known and unknown shrinkage.
6. Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a challenging retail environment.
2. Certification in SSIAP 3.

1. Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP systems.
2. Adaptability to various situations.
3. Courage and cooperation in addressing difficult issues and collaborating with others.

Fixed annual salary between €38,000 and €43,000, plus a variable component of €1,080 per year.
