1. Ensure compliance with safety and risk prevention regulations to secure people and property.
2. Maintain the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
3. Supervise security and cleaning services within the store, ensuring they meet Galeries Lafayette standards.
4. Support staff responsible for store security and maintenance.
5. Ensure the reliability of merchandise flows, including known and unknown shrinkage.
6. Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.

1. Experience in a similar role within a challenging retail environment.
2. Holder of SSIAP 3 certification.

1. Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP operations.
2. Adaptability to various situations.
3. Courage and cooperation in addressing difficult issues and collaborating with others.

Proven experience in a similar position within a retail environment.

Fixed annual salary between 38,000 and 43,000 euros, plus a variable bonus of 1,080 euros per year.
