HVAC Maintenance Manager

1. Manage a technician and oversee an external service provider.
2. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations both internally and through external providers.
3. Conduct installation work with the team.
4. Participate in maintenance interventions in other areas as needed.
5. Monitor maintenance reports and analyses.
6. Participate in the duty schedule, including closures, weekends, and holidays.
7. Contribute to the technical development of technicians.
8. Implement maintenance reporting.
9. Coordinate renovation operations with various stakeholders.
10. Conduct site visits and address project anomalies.
11. Perform or oversee mandatory periodic installation tests.
12. Ensure the upkeep of spaces and premises.
13. Implement energy policies in line with RSE, ISO 50001, and energy-saving practices.
14. Manage service budgets and spare parts inventory.

1. Specialist in HVAC, heating, ventilation, plumbing, pressure equipment, and refrigerants.
2. Electrical certification H0V / B1V.
3. Experience in large department stores or shopping centers.
4. Knowledge of fire protection systems like sprinklers and smoke extraction.
5. Understanding of regulations for public buildings.
