1. Manage a technician and oversee an external service provider for HVAC systems.
2. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of installations internally and through external providers.
3. Perform installation work with the team as needed.
4. Participate in maintenance interventions across various domains as required.
5. Monitor maintenance analysis reports.
6. Contribute to the technical development of technicians.
7. Implement maintenance reporting systems.
8. Coordinate renovation operations with internal and external stakeholders.
9. Conduct site visits and liaise with project managers to address anomalies.
10. Ensure mandatory periodic testing of installations is conducted and documented.
11. Guarantee the upkeep of spaces and facilities.
12. Implement energy practices aligned with corporate energy policy (CSR, ISO 50001).
13. Manage service budgets and spare parts inventory.

1. Specialist in HVAC systems, plumbing, and pressure devices.
2. Electrical certification H0V / B1V.
3. Experience in large retail or shopping center environments.
4. Knowledge of fire protection systems such as sprinklers and smoke extraction.
5. Familiarity with Public Access Building regulations.

4. Proficient in budget management and reporting.

Experience in managing HVAC systems within large retail or shopping centers is required.

Relevant technical qualification or certification in HVAC systems.

Compensation includes a fixed salary over 13 months, ranging from €38,000 to €42,000, with additional bonuses.
