The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands with 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.

1. Ensure the implementation of the brand's commercial policy within the store
2. Set sales targets and analyze results
3. Ensure the application of the sales ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines
4. Ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines
5. Implement CRM actions to develop the customer database
6. Propose action plans to enhance business performance and customer experience
7. Ensure store procedures are implemented and followed
8. Manage stock effectively
9. Organize inventories and control discrepancies
10. Ensure proper cash handling procedures
