Galeries LafayetteStore Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group is the leading French distributor of watches and jewelry through its brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. The division serves as the purchasing center for jewelry and watch sectors for the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. It operates multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores and has 70 Louis Pion retail locations across France, offering a wide selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands with 12 boutiques and an e-commerce site. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès in department stores and airports.
- Ensure the implementation of the brand's commercial policy within the store
- Set sales targets and analyze results
- Ensure the application of the sales ceremony in accordance with brand guidelines
- Ensure product presentation aligns with brand guidelines
- Implement CRM actions to develop the customer database
- Propose action plans to enhance business performance and customer experience
- Ensure store procedures are implemented and followed
- Manage stock effectively
- Organize inventories and control discrepancies
- Ensure proper cash handling procedures
- Proven experience as a store manager
- Leadership and strong managerial skills
- Ability to adapt to a constantly evolving environment

- Knowledge or sensitivity to the luxury sector
