Galeries Lafayette Boutique Manager
The Galeries Lafayette Group, a prominent leader in the French watch and jewelry retail sector, operates through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. As the central purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 department stores in France and Luxembourg, the group also manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these establishments. Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry across 70 retail locations and an e-commerce platform. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online presence. The group also operates monobrand boutiques for luxury names such as Cartier, Rolex, and Omega, aiming to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike.
- Implement the Maison's commercial policy within the boutique.
- Set sales targets and analyze results.
- Ensure adherence to the Maison's sales ceremony guidelines.
- Maintain product presentation in line with the Maison's standards.
- Execute CRM actions to expand the client database.
- Develop business and performance plans focusing on sales, customer experience, and loyalty.
- Ensure compliance with boutique procedures.
- Manage stock and organize inventory checks.
- Oversee cash handling procedures.
- Ensure team understanding of the Maison's strategy.
- Coach the team to achieve high levels of expertise.
- Motivate the team to meet objectives.
- Define and monitor individual development actions.
- Proven experience as a store manager.
- Strong leadership and managerial skills.
- Adaptability to a constantly evolving environment.
- Ability to unite and motivate teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in action plan formalization.
- Understanding of the luxury sector.
- Fluent in English; a third language is advantageous.
Significant experience in a store management role, preferably within the luxury sector.
