1. Implement the Maison's commercial policy within the boutique.
2. Set sales targets and analyze results.
3. Ensure adherence to the Maison's sales ceremony guidelines.
4. Maintain product presentation in line with the Maison's standards.
5. Execute CRM actions to expand the client database.
6. Develop business and performance plans focusing on sales, customer experience, and loyalty.
7. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures.
8. Manage stock and organize inventory checks.
9. Oversee cash handling procedures.
10. Ensure team understanding of the Maison's strategy.
11. Coach the team to achieve high levels of expertise.
12. Motivate the team to meet objectives.
13. Define and monitor individual development actions.
