1. Manage and lead the Supply Chain team.
2. Continuously train and support the team to achieve development goals.
3. Participate in recruitment processes, including sourcing and interviewing candidates.
4. Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, and identify training needs.
5. Analyze stock levels and quality, identifying risks and communicating them to management.
6. Develop and communicate performance indicators for stock management.
7. Formalize and update business procedures.
8. Ensure effective management of the back office for the Stock Management department.
9. Contribute to ERP and internal software developments in collaboration with IT teams.

1. Strong leadership skills.
2. Ability to build and engage high-performing teams.

1. Proficiency in Power BI.

Significant experience in management, overseeing teams of more than five people.
