- Manage and continuously train the Supply Management team to ensure the development of the department and achievement of set objectives.
- Participate in the recruitment process, including sourcing relevant profiles and conducting interviews with HR support.
- Define individual and team objectives, evaluate performance, identify training needs, and develop growth plans.
- Analyze stock levels and quality, addressing issues such as overstock, understock, dead stock, and the weight of carryovers.
- Identify and analyze short- and medium-term risks from stock levels in stores and communicate findings to the Flow Management and DOA departments.
- Develop and communicate performance indicators for the Stock Animation Department.
- Formalize and update business procedures and ensure effective back-office management of the Stock Animation site.
- Contribute to the evolution of the company's ERP and internal software in collaboration with IT teams.
- Proven experience in managing teams of more than five people.
- Expertise in supply chain management and logistics.
- Proficiency in Power BI.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
A solid background in management, particularly in leading teams of more than five individuals, is essential.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
A fixed salary over 13 months, complemented by a variable component up to €2,000 gross annually.
