1. Lead the IT & Digital Procurement division, defining and implementing strategic procurement policies.
2. Manage the total cost of acquisition for goods and services, including market analysis, tender documentation, and supplier negotiations.
3. Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers to ensure alignment with cost, delivery, and quality requirements.
4. Develop innovative procurement processes and adapt to rapid technological changes while adhering to the Group's Ethical and CSR Charter.
5. Conduct market research and supplier sourcing to identify new partners and innovations.
6. Interface with stakeholders to secure the Group's interests in strategic, political, and commercial procurement.
7. Support and challenge business units in analyzing needs and cost drivers, promoting procurement best practices.

1. Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in IT & Digital procurement within a large organization.
2. Proven managerial skills and ability to lead a team.
3. Fluency in English.
