- Lead the IT & Digital Procurement division, defining and implementing strategic procurement policies.
- Manage the total cost of acquisition for goods and services, including market analysis, tender documentation, and supplier negotiations.
- Negotiate optimal terms with suppliers to ensure alignment with cost, delivery, and quality requirements.
- Develop innovative procurement processes and adapt to rapid technological changes while adhering to the Group's Ethical and CSR Charter.
- Conduct market research and supplier sourcing to identify new partners and innovations.
- Interface with stakeholders to secure the Group's interests in strategic, political, and commercial procurement.
- Support and challenge business units in analyzing needs and cost drivers, promoting procurement best practices.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in procurement, with significant experience in IT & Digital procurement within a large organization.
- Proven managerial skills and ability to lead a team.
- Fluency in English.
- Autonomy and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Curiosity and adaptability to technological advancements.
- Effective communication and active listening skills.
A minimum of 10 years in procurement, with a focus on IT & Digital sectors, preferably in a large corporate environment.
Degree from a business school, ideally with a specialization in procurement.
Competitive fixed salary over 13 months, with a stimulating variable component.
