1. Ensure legal security of real estate projects by negotiating and drafting lease agreements and related documents.
2. Identify potential risks and manage litigation processes, proposing tailored solutions to secure operations.
3. Conduct active legal monitoring, particularly in lease law, construction law, and urban planning law.
4. Provide operational teams with legal support on diverse issues, including real estate, urban planning, and commercial leases.
5. Participate in pre-litigation and judicial case management, exploring alternative dispute resolution methods when necessary.
6. Collaborate with operational teams throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects, contributing to the enhancement and protection of the group's assets.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm specializing in real estate, or in the legal department of a real estate company or operator.

Annual gross salary between €45,000 and €52,000, with a variable component up to 18%.
