- Ensure legal security of real estate projects by negotiating and drafting lease agreements and related documents.
- Identify potential risks and manage litigation processes, proposing tailored solutions to secure operations.
- Conduct active legal monitoring, particularly in lease law, construction law, and urban planning law.
- Provide operational teams with legal support on diverse issues, including real estate, urban planning, and commercial leases.
- Participate in pre-litigation and judicial case management, exploring alternative dispute resolution methods when necessary.
- Collaborate with operational teams throughout the lifecycle of real estate projects, contributing to the enhancement and protection of the group's assets.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm specializing in real estate, or in the legal department of a real estate company or operator.
- Autonomy and organizational skills with a strong sense of priority management.
- Action-oriented with a proactive approach to new challenges.
- Adaptability to various situations, with the ability to adjust strategies as needed.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized solutions.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in a real estate-focused legal environment.
Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, with specialization in real estate law preferred.
Annual gross salary between €45,000 and €52,000, with a variable component up to 18%.
