1. Support the real estate strategy for brands such as Louis Pion, Royal Quartz, and La Redoute Interiors.
2. Negotiate key real estate fundamentals with institutional and private landlords, including lease renewals, terminations, and assignments.
3. Maintain continuous relationships with landlords to promote brands and stay informed on current and future site developments.
4. Conduct ongoing retail market analysis.
5. Participate in negotiation meetings and assist in drafting legal documents and commercial leases.
6. Prepare presentation materials for monthly committee meetings and develop various reporting tools.

1. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business School or equivalent with a specialization in real estate.

1. Client-oriented approach with the ability to build trustful relationships.
2. Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving impactful results.
3. Excellent negotiation skills.
4. Proficiency in creating presentation materials and reports.

Prior experience in commercial and marketing roles, ideally within distribution or retail sectors, is advantageous.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress, specializing in real estate.

Monthly stipend of €1300 for Bachelor's level and €1500 for Master's level students.
