1. Ensure compliance with hygiene standards during food reception operations.
2. Conduct daily quality checks on food products upon arrival, assessing integrity, temperature, and packaging.
3. Report anomalies using the My Cawan system.
4. Participate in monthly briefings to raise awareness among reception teams.
5. Serve as the primary contact for food quality and safety inquiries during reception, including audit action plan follow-ups.
6. Ensure alerts are raised for any anomalies detected during food reception.
7. Collect and consolidate quality control data, including supplier reception numbers, refusal reasons, and compliance rates.
8. Develop and update performance dashboards and KPIs for quality performance tracking, providing monthly reports.
9. Analyze data to identify trends and recurring issues with suppliers and partners.
10. Report anomalies to the Quality Manager on a monthly basis.
11. Facilitate follow-up meetings and regular presentations to communicate results and action plans to management and teams.
12. Formalize communication of anomalies with relevant stakeholders.
13. Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce food quality anomalies.
14. Contribute to the updating of food procedures.
15. Perform tasks in accordance with service procedures and internal regulations.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) in bio-analysis, biological engineering, or HSE.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
2. Strong analytical skills in quality control.
3. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to prioritize effectively.

A minimum of two years of experience in the field of quality control is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in bio-analysis, biological engineering, or HSE.
