- Ensure compliance with hygiene standards during food reception operations.
- Conduct daily quality checks on food products upon arrival, assessing integrity, temperature, and packaging.
- Report anomalies using the My Cawan system.
- Participate in monthly briefings to raise awareness among reception teams.
- Serve as the primary contact for food quality and safety inquiries during reception, including audit action plan follow-ups.
- Ensure alerts are raised for any anomalies detected during food reception.
- Collect and consolidate quality control data, including supplier reception numbers, refusal reasons, and compliance rates.
- Develop and update performance dashboards and KPIs for quality performance tracking, providing monthly reports.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recurring issues with suppliers and partners.
- Report anomalies to the Quality Manager on a monthly basis.
- Facilitate follow-up meetings and regular presentations to communicate results and action plans to management and teams.
- Formalize communication of anomalies with relevant stakeholders.
- Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce food quality anomalies.
- Contribute to the updating of food procedures.
- Perform tasks in accordance with service procedures and internal regulations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Bac+2) in bio-analysis, biological engineering, or HSE.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong analytical skills in quality control.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively.
A minimum of two years of experience in the field of quality control is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in bio-analysis, biological engineering, or HSE.
A fixed salary over 12 months, with transparency and alignment with experience level. Includes a thirteenth month, vacation bonus, back-office variable, and profit-sharing incentives.
