- Manage and coordinate store remodels and openings, including project tracking, target plan construction, and retro-planning.
- Collaborate with senior buyers to enhance store performance and liaise with sales, construction, and purchasing teams.
- Support the digital transformation as the reference for the Men's department, overseeing online launches and market results.
- Assist the Purchasing Department Director with cross-functional projects, including performance tracking post-opening/remodeling, profitability analysis, and presentation construction.
- Coordinate between the director, buyers, and other departments such as sales development and merchandising.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the commercial policy, including performance analysis, competitive intelligence, strategy construction, and action plan development.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business or Fashion.
- Recognized for strong interpersonal skills and analytical abilities.
- Client-oriented with the ability to build trustful relationships and provide personalized solutions.
- Results-driven with a passion for tackling impactful business challenges and uniting teams to achieve objectives.
- Experience in merchandising planning, purchasing, or product marketing is a plus.
Previous experience in merchandising planning, purchasing, or product marketing is advantageous.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Fashion.
