- Support end-to-end procurement projects for non‑merchandise categories serving the store network (fixtures, services, store equipment and operating supplies).
- Draft and manage requests for proposals (RFPs), collect quotations and perform comparative analyses to inform sourcing decisions.
- Coordinate supplier selection, contracting and onboarding in collaboration with legal, compliance and stores teams.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets and deliverables; escalate risks and propose mitigation measures to project stakeholders.
- Maintain supplier relationships and follow up on order status, deliveries and post‑installation support across stores.
- Prepare regular reporting and spend analyses to track savings, KPIs and supplier performance.
- Liaise with cross‑functional teams (store operations, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth execution of store projects.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardisation of processes and documentation of procurement workflows.
- Currently enrolled in a higher education programme (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in purchasing, supply chain, business or a related discipline and eligible for an alternance/apprenticeship contract.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize quotations and produce clear commercial comparisons.
- Excellent organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
- Clear written and verbal communication; adept at coordinating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
- Professional maturity, discretion and attention to detail appropriate for a luxury retail environment.
