- Serve as the art and culture reference for the store, ensuring the implementation, follow-up, and coordination of visitor-oriented actions.
- Organize heritage tours, manage schedules, and oversee the recruitment, training, and support of external mediators involved in the program.
- Design and conduct cultural mediation activities related to programming, including specific tours, workshops, and meetings.
- Develop dedicated tools and conduct necessary documentary research for preparing public-facing materials.
- Contribute to audience development by devising targeted actions aligned with the objectives of the Cultural Engagements Directorate.
- Participate in the public development strategy, defining the overall vision for mediation and structuring action plans related to cultural events and projects.
- Prepare detailed reports to analyze attendance, measure the impact of actions, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain active monitoring of cultural offerings to enhance the excellence and innovation of proposals.
- Occasionally work on Saturdays or Sundays, approximately once a month, depending on cultural events held at the store.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role

A minimum of 2-3 years in a similar position, demonstrating autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to engage and motivate teams.
Annual gross salary between €35,000 and €40,000, paid over 13 months.
