- Lead the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of retail payment software for fashion, gourmet, and dining sectors.
- Gather requirements from various departments and translate them into effective, user-friendly solutions.
- Ensure the product meets user expectations and complies with legal and operational retail constraints.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and participate in testing to ensure flawless deployment.
- Enhance customer and employee experience at points of sale by improving payment fluidity, interface ergonomics, and system reliability.
- Ensure software compliance with current regulations, including anti-fraud measures, payment methods, and GDPR.
- Monitor key performance indicators to maintain an impeccable in-store experience.
- Act as a liaison between business, IT, and operational teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Functional Expert in retail payment software.
- Strong understanding of retail processes, including payment, promotions, loyalty programs, and tax refunds.
- Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Ability to take responsibility and hold others accountable for achieving set objectives.
- Ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving impactful business results.
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to engage colleagues in projects.
3 to 5 years in a relevant role within retail payment software systems.
Fixed salary over 13 months, with a stimulating variable component.
