1. Lead the design, evolution, and continuous improvement of retail payment software for fashion, gourmet, and dining sectors.
2. Gather requirements from various departments and translate them into effective, user-friendly solutions.
3. Ensure the product meets user expectations and complies with legal and operational retail constraints.
4. Define and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and participate in testing to ensure flawless deployment.
5. Enhance customer and employee experience at points of sale by improving payment fluidity, interface ergonomics, and system reliability.
6. Ensure software compliance with current regulations, including anti-fraud measures, payment methods, and GDPR.
7. Monitor key performance indicators to maintain an impeccable in-store experience.
8. Act as a liaison between business, IT, and operational teams to drive operational excellence and innovation.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Functional Expert in retail payment software.

1. Strong understanding of retail processes, including payment, promotions, loyalty programs, and tax refunds.
2. Proficiency in agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban, and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
3. Ability to take responsibility and hold others accountable for achieving set objectives.
4. Ambitious mindset with a focus on achieving impactful business results.
5. Strong team collaboration skills and ability to engage colleagues in projects.

3 to 5 years in a relevant role within retail payment software systems.

Fixed salary over 13 months, with a stimulating variable component.
