Galeries Lafayette Product Data Manager
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French distributor of timepieces and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg, managing multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these locations. Louis Pion, with 70 retail outlets and an e-commerce platform, offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry from over 60 brands, ranging from accessible to premium, while also distributing its own collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands through its network of 12 boutiques and online store. Additionally, the division operates monobrand boutiques for renowned names such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès, both in department stores and airports. The division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs of watches and jewelry alike.
- Manage product data for orders and oversee a portfolio of watch and jewelry brands.
- Update information systems with product references, article files, ranges, prices, and promotions.
- Resolve pricing disputes in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Engage with suppliers to gather catalogs, create new references, and ensure regular updates.
- Maintain cross-functional relationships with the marketing department.
- Diploma equivalent to Bac+2, such as BTS MUC or SME Management.
- Proven experience in product data management.
- Proficiency in technology, particularly Excel, PIM systems, and ideally Cegid.
- Strong action orientation with attention to detail and quality focus.
- Ability to collaborate autonomously with various departments to meet deadlines.
Experience in a similar role within product data management is required.
Bac+2 or equivalent in a relevant field.
Fixed salary between €28,000 and €32,000 gross, over 12.5 months, based on experience and skills. Variable compensation linked to personal qualitative objectives.
