Galeries Lafayette Product Coordination Assistant
The Watch and Jewelry Division of the Galeries Lafayette Group stands as the preeminent French leader in the distribution of horology and jewelry through its esteemed brands: Galeries Lafayette, Louis Pion, and Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz. This division serves as the purchasing hub for jewelry and watch sectors across the 57 Galeries Lafayette department stores in France and Luxembourg. Additionally, it manages multi-brand watch spaces in 40 of these stores. With 70 retail outlets nationwide and an e-commerce platform, Louis Pion offers an extensive selection of watches and jewelry, featuring over 60 brands ranging from accessible to premium, alongside its proprietary collections. Galeries Lafayette-Royal Quartz provides exclusive access to over 50 prestigious watch and jewelry brands, both in urban locations and airports, with a network of 12 boutiques and an online store. The division also operates mono-brand boutiques such as Cartier, Rolex, Omega, Messika, Tudor, and Hermès. The Watch and Jewelry Division aims to captivate enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike with its diverse offerings.
- Participate in competitive analysis, performance reviews, and portfolio assessments.
- Create dashboards, monthly reports, and conduct weekly analyses.
- Contribute to bi-annual product lifecycle analysis and pricing reviews.
- Assist in the review and implementation of product assortments.
- Update product tools including collection structure and product books.
- Serve as the product packshot reference, liaising with photographers and marketing to maintain the photo database.
- Enhance digital product data, ensuring packshot and product legend compliance.
- Manage product MEAs, prototypes, and entrusted items.
- Collaborate on creating and updating references in various tools (CEGID, PIM).
- Develop technical sheets for the range and new products with suppliers' assistance.
- Continuously improve processes and draft internal team procedures.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or university, pursuing a Bac +4 or Bac +5 degree.
- Seeking a full-time, six-month internship starting January 2026.
- Proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration capabilities.
- Experience in jewelry, watchmaking, or horology is advantageous.
No prior professional experience is required, but familiarity with the jewelry or watch industry is beneficial.
Pursuing a Bac +4 or Bac +5 degree in a relevant field.
Fixed monthly stipend of €1,200 for Bac +4 students and €1,400 for Bac +5 students.
