- Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment.
- Perform manual and machine washing of dishes and kitchenware.
- Sort and inspect dishes upon machine exit.

- Clean and dispose of trash and waste.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
- Respect equipment and detergent dosages.

- Strong organizational skills.
Previous experience in a similar role within the food service industry is preferred.
