1. Welcome high-end clientele in accordance with service protocols.
2. Promote the store and its services, communicating brand news and offers.
3. Recruit new high-end clientele aligned with service expectations.
4. Act as an ambassador for Galeries Lafayette's image to identified high-end clients.
5. Prepare for sales by identifying client needs and coordinating with Fashion Experts.
6. Stage selected products to encourage purchases.
7. Execute sales transactions according to luxury protocols, ensuring seamless inter-service collaboration.
8. Listen to client needs, proactively creating demand and suggesting products.
9. Support clients personally, offering the full range of store services.
10. Ensure proper handling of merchandise loans and returns.
11. Facilitate client journeys remotely through live shopping and distance sales.
12. Finalize sales transactions, organizing payment, tax refunds, and deliveries.
13. Maintain personalized client relationships, enhancing loyalty.
14. Develop and manage a client portfolio, coordinating special client engagements with managers.

2. Expertise in fashion and trends.
3. Understanding of high-end clientele expectations and behavior.
4. Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Proven experience in luxury retail sales, with a focus on high-end clientele.

Fixed monthly salary of €1,815 gross, with variable compensation up to €237 gross per month, plus a 13th-month bonus.
