- Manage employee leave and social security benefits, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing.
- Handle complex cases related to employee leave and benefits, coordinating with payroll teams and external organizations.
- Oversee and optimize subrogation processes, ensuring accurate reimbursements and developing action plans to address discrepancies.
- Act as a liaison with social security offices, employees, and the accounting department, providing guidance on benefits and social security matters.
- Develop reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives, updating dashboards and analyzing discrepancies to optimize processes.
- Provide HR support, assisting with personnel administration and contributing to team integration.
- 10 years of significant experience in payroll management, particularly in handling employee leave and social security benefits within the French context.

Annual salary between €40,000 and €44,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
