1. Manage employee leave and social security benefits, ensuring compliance and accuracy in processing.
2. Handle complex cases related to employee leave and benefits, coordinating with payroll teams and external organizations.
3. Oversee and optimize subrogation processes, ensuring accurate reimbursements and developing action plans to address discrepancies.
4. Act as a liaison with social security offices, employees, and the accounting department, providing guidance on benefits and social security matters.
5. Develop reports and propose continuous improvement initiatives, updating dashboards and analyzing discrepancies to optimize processes.
6. Provide HR support, assisting with personnel administration and contributing to team integration.

1. 10 years of significant experience in payroll management, particularly in handling employee leave and social security benefits within the French context.
