- Oversee the payroll process for a portfolio of 540 employees, including 50 final settlements monthly.
- Verify and manage employee onboarding documentation such as bank details and address changes.
- Prepare, verify, and input variable payroll elements, including bonuses and sales incentives.
- Process work time information, including overtime, schedule changes, and therapeutic hours.
- Monitor and manage absences, including paid leave and sick leave, and issue necessary social security attestations.
- Administer insurance and disability files.
- Ensure accurate monthly payroll processing.
- Handle final settlements, including exit documents and severance calculations.
- Manage salary advances, loans, and garnishments.
- Provide payroll-related advice and support to Galeries Lafayette stores.
- Conduct in-store payroll training and support as needed.
- Advanced degree in Human Resources or Accounting (equivalent to BAC +2/3).
- Minimum of 7 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proficiency in Excel and DSN Event Reporting.
- Familiarity with Pléiades e6 for time and payroll management.
- Knowledge of Business Objects for mass queries and controls.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management, ideally within a shared services organization.
Advanced degree in Human Resources or Accounting (BAC +2/3 or equivalent).
Fixed annual salary between €39,000 and €43,000, based on experience and profile.
