1. Implement the brand's security strategy.
2. Ensure compliance with safety regulations to protect assets and individuals.
3. Maintain the safety and compliance of equipment and infrastructure.
4. Oversee security and cleaning services, ensuring adherence to Galeries Lafayette standards.
5. Support staff involved in store security and maintenance.
6. Enhance merchandise flow management, addressing known and unknown shrinkage.
7. Manage and allocate the budget for operational activities.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within a retail environment.
2. SSIAP 3 certification.

1. Strong technical and regulatory knowledge of ERP systems.
2. Adaptability to various situations.
3. Courage to take calculated risks and initiative.
4. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Significant experience in a challenging retail environment, with a focus on security and maintenance operations.

Fixed annual salary ranging from €38,000 to €43,000 gross, plus a variable component of €1,000 gross per year.
